CK Bookkeeping Services, LLC uses the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and arrange a consultation. This notice covers the website consultation form.

What you share

The form asks for your name, email address, the kind of help you need, and any business name or message you choose to include. Please don’t send account numbers, passwords, tax documents, or other sensitive financial information here. If we work together, Christine will explain how to share documents appropriately.

Where your request goes

We use Formspree to receive form submissions, filter spam, notify Christine by email, and keep a temporary submission inbox. Your request is sent to Formspree when you submit the form. Formspree may also process technical information, such as your IP address, for delivery and spam prevention. Read Formspree’s privacy policy for details about its processing.

How the information is used

Submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Christine uses your details to respond and discuss the services you requested. Inquiry emails may be retained for follow-up and business records; the temporary Formspree inbox is not the only copy.

Contact christinekirk@booksbyck.com if you have questions or want to request deletion of an inquiry. Christine will review the request, including any records that need to be kept for an existing engagement.
